year goes round and round..

finally it comes to an end of 2008..

tis year have happened good things & bad things..

conclusions of mine on 2008:

1. i've went for an attachment for my course!!

2. after 3 months of internship, i graduated!! haha..

3. lepak about 2 months time after graduate..

4. then went for few times air stewardess's interview..

5. attended my convocation with happiness..

6. found a travel agency's job as a travel co-ordinator..

7. it is the first job i ever had after i graduate..

8. get my first salary of my hard-earned job..

9. spend everyday wit joyful and sumtimes sadness..

10. tis year i turn 20 years old!!

there are still lots of things i've done.. but not stated here.. :0)

problematic matters...

there are an indian couple who are a walk-in customers came in and i served them.. they wanted to go for holiday as they have 2 weeks leave.. they wanted to go to Malaysia - Cameron Highlands.. as for indian passport holder, they need visa to enter malaysia.. and the visa need 5 working days to process..

they make the booking on the 15th Dec and the passport submitted into the embassy on the 17th Dec morning.. (submission to the embassy on the early morning).. and as the person in-charge confirmed that we could get bac the passport on the 22nd Dec night or 23rd morning... so my customers booked their departure on the 23rd Dec night.. but unfortunately, the passport are still in the embassy on tat specified date.. wat is the reason?? those ppl indicated tat malaysia embassy is having peak season and a lot of ppl queuing up and lack of efficient staff.. wat?? wat?? for this reason, my customer have to cancel their trip as they couldn't travel without the passport... they hav to wait for almost a week and still cant go for their holiday due to that stupid visa..

they were very angry and disappointed for this matter to happen.. before all of this, they make a deposit payment of S$400 to process the booking.. but then due to this cancellation, the hotel need to charge full charge which is S$624.. we tried to appeal and managed to get charged for only one night no show which is S$192 per person.. so total up is S$384.. deduct the deposit ??? become S$16.. this S$16, v ar goin to refund the customers..

they noe about this prob and get mad of it!!! they are blaming tat it is not their fault to hav cancel thier trip and no show.. y should i pay for even a single cents???? each of the hotel and company hav their own rules & regulations.. i noe it is not yr fault.. but the hotel wanted to charged us and so we need to charge the customers.. tis is bcos the customers cancel their trip on the departure day itself.. due to no passport..

i dono how to explain further here.. as if u hav make any booking before, then u will noe the how the terms & conditions looks like.. they won allow u to cancel o amend anything anytime u like.. but so unfortunately, for my tis couple cant go anywhere and nd to pay the no show fee.. if put yourself into the shoes, i will do the same as well.. not willing to pay and if pay is oso with hatred and bo song at all.. or mayb will complain till i get bac the money...

but i m into some wrong oso cos i didn't explain much on the hotels, coach and every terms & conditions before she paid any money.. i admit it.. so i have asked her to write in to my manager if she wanted to complain.. but my manager is aware of tis case so c wat the customer wanted to do to ease her bo song lo.. i don mind de.. haha..

oops.. forget to type.. the visa was issued on the 24th Dec.. wtf... took so many days and make until my customer couldnt go for their holiday and blaming us now.. * as there are also complaint made to the embassy previously as the peoples complain of the slow job taken.. then i onli collected from the other agent for the passport on the early morning of 26th Dec.. stupid embassy!! u return bac my money!! :0)

p/s: it is really not consider as agent's fault of this cancellation, but we don wish it to happen as well.. we also wanted to do yr business a.. haiz.. so c wat the customer will do to prevent her from getting frustrating non stop..

p/s 2: S$400 very hard to earn de le.. for me i sure make a fuss.. but sure oso no use de.. :)

Birthday Present

i've received another birthday present on 12th Dec 08... it is from dear's parents.. really surprise of it.. i didn't expect i will hav another present.. his bro brought it from kel to sg for me.. thanks.. really appreaciate it a lot..

singapore trip - 12th ~ 15th Dec 08

last weekend, i stayed in singapore cos dear and his brothers came to sg for holiday... i've helped them to book for swisssotel which is located at clarke quay (near my working place).. tis place is very convenient as it is just outside from the mrt and it is located in the city.. on the first day, they went to orchard road to shop shop.. but they don't really buy a lot cos the things there is very expensive.. :)

then the second day, we went to wild wild wet as dear's bro gf wanted to explore tat place.. when we get there, it is kinda hard to find cos i have not been there b4 though.. so we walk quite a long distance to reach there.. and some of us don bring swimsuit and at last end up buy at tat place.. hehe.. cos v ar goin in to hav fun with the waters!!! :0) v played all each of the different types of water activities such as tsunami, ular ular, and etc.. tis water day took almost one day as at nite when we went bac to hotel, all of us was so tired...

on the third day, we went to SHOPPING!!! tis particular day was so so so tired.. noe y?? cos we shop at BUGIS JUNCTION from 0100pm to 1000pm... till those shops are closed.. so geng of us.. hehe.. but at this shopping centre, all of us bought a lot of things.. each person oso got at least 4 ~ 5 paper bags.. we counted and we have roughly 23 paper bags of espirit, nike, bhg, ipzone, bossini, topshop, everlast and bla bla bla.. i've counted the total for all the things tat we bought, it cost roughly around SGD1200.00... tis is onli the purchasing things.. haven add on the transport and meals o.. but actually divide into 5 persons, each person is roughly onli SGD200 gua.. but i din shop tat much.. :0)

the next day which is monday, i nd to work.. so sad de me feel very tired and don wish to work.. cos i have been havin a wonderful and full wit laughters weekend.. i really feel very happy to have spending the times with them.. in the afternoon before they went bac by train, i m still working and they went for another shopping at SUNTEC city.. tis time i think they do bought a lot of things oso.. blueksss.. lastly, hope they enjoy this trip... :0)

on the tuesday, i went to club med's travel agents nite with my colleagues of my company.. actually it is jus justin and anthony and me.. while serina is leadin tour at taiwan right now.. it is the first time of club med organising this kind of gathering.. it is organised at Movida, St James Power Station... tis place is a night out place where they hav different themes of pub in one station.. we went there kinda late due to engaged with customers.. when we went there, the ceremony has started and we hav our buffet dinner and last hear some speeches from the director and they do some crazy sign which everyone will enjoy tis if they travel to club med villages.. it is one of the entertainments in club med.. all of the GO's will dance together with the customers.. it is very lively happening..

then they started to present the top agents of selling club med.. and importantly, we Chan Brothers Express Pte Ltd are one of it.. we only have 4 members together selling it and we are one of them.. its really a proud things to say.. haha.. total there are onli 10 top agents.. :0) club med is really a worth it package to go as it is all inclusive.. so, if anyone interested, can look for me.. blueksss... ;0) after some times, then we went bac around 9pm as the party is ending soon.. tats the nite of mine..

MY MEMORABLE 20th BIRTHDAY - 05/12/08

05/12/08 is my 20th birthday.. beginnin of 2 in front dy.. goin to getting older lo.. but for the moment, i still feel young as most of my fren gonna turn 21 years old while i jus turn 20.. haha.. *sorry for any saiko words* i went to kl last weekend durin my birthday.. tis is oso bcos i m not workin for many days, so take tis opportunity to visit kl again but most important is havin my dear accompanied...

tis year's birthday i celebrated wit him onli.. tis was different wit last years but i still feel very happy and contented cos the most important is spend the day wit him.. hehe.. he bought tiramisu cake for me.. although it is jus 2 pieces but it is more than enough cos onli both of us and v don eat cake often.. *blueksss* on tat day, v went to midvalley to watch movie.. we watched 3D BOLT.. tis 3D's different which is we are given the specs and i don really feel the differences wit the normal, it is jus more real and near to us.. my day was happy!!

tis few days, i felt bac the usual feeling and happiness i hav which is hanging around wit dear during weekend.. tis is wat normally my schedule runs during my studyin in college.. i won miss the time to spend wit him during every weekend except sem break or both of us went bac to hometown.. how i wish tat everyday is the same.. *so naive of me* tis can happen if i am a millionaire who no nd to work and can spend the time hanging around all the time..

at first, dear ask me.. will i get angry cos he din prepare birthday present for me due to tis 2 weeks is his exam period and no time to buy.. i say it is fine and i m not angry at all.. the most important is u ar here wit me.. haha.. but in the end, when today i wanna back to jb, he secretly put the present inside my bag which i've already pack... until when i took my bag to board the bus, i felt differently cos it bcome heavier than b4.. then i check and the present is really inside.. guess wat is it?? its a perfume.. CHANEL perfume.. tis perfume smells good and nice.. *thank you dear* besides that, there are another things which is the pepper spray.. its for *fang lang*.. i wanted to buy tis quite long time but didnt find it.. and yet he remember and bought it for me.. *thank you dear*

frustrating week~~~~

between this two week was so frustrating and sienz as my brain was going to burst or goin to breakdown... tis is bcos wat?? bcos recently dono y always met those **** customers which very very nuisance and give me a lot of troubles...

firstly, it a family which go for taiwan package tour, tis is not my fault, but it is the head office fault and he sent a complaint email to the head office regarding wat he met... * not complaint about me... haha.. luckily.. then they settle dy and i need to follow up until he depart on the 22nd Nov... but tis customer very very good to me.. he protects me from my boss and say tat totally not my fault and say it the duty manager's fault. will remember him... :)

secondly, its a hong kong package tour.. tis consists of 8 members.. the leader wanted to cancel the tour due to need to go for operations... then the whole team cancel as well... but then before they booked a package tour, they need to pay a deposit of S$500 deposit per person to secured the seats. then now they want to cancel, and based on terms & conditions signed, they have to forfeited the S$4000 and tis will lead to the tour cannot confirm. so, tis ppl say tat he know our director and his brother is a lawyer and he say tat he will settle himself... tis customer oso not blaming me cos he noe tat it is not up to me to say as tis is the upper management's decision.. haha.. but i oso nd to follow up on tis as i m the one who do the booking.. :(

thirdly, a customer who go on langkawi tour.. all dy confirmed then say wan booked for land tour only.. cos she booked through on9 the airfare is cheaper.. so ,fine.. then today tell me tat want to calcel everything due to got work commitments.. but tis can c it clearly is lie ppl de la.. then she called me and say tat she booked through on9 and it is cheaper a lot.. wat the f***... if so cheap then don book through agent ler... waste my time onli.. cheh... @%%@%%%@%@

fourthly, tis couple booked a club med bali during august during the promotion deal.. on the september he say tat cant go on tat period due to business trip.. then told him dy tat can postpone to may if they can provide company letter (cos for promotion deal doesn't allow any changes).. then a week later tell me they can go on tat period again.. but tat time there was no flight available for them so until now is under waiting list.. wat the f****.... oso wasting my time.. a while say go tis period a while say go another period... then now wan hav a solution summore as soon as possible.. now he are the one who cancel it and return it to the normal.. wat a fussy customer... all oso he say.. @%@%@%@%%@%

so, conclusion, i think i need to bath with sin water to get rid of all tis bad customers from me.. :0)

Sentosa Island - 21st Oct 08

last tuesday, i went to sentosa island to hav fun durin my off day.. its was fun as i been quite a long time not been to sentosa.. i think is many years ago.. haha.. sentosa island changed a lot and there are a lot of activities that can be done there.. for example, skyride, luge ride, underwater world, dolphin lagoon, flying trapeze, beach volleyball, cycling, tiger tower ride, butterfly park, merlion walk, and many many more... haha..

tis trip i went wit my two sisters and my big sis bf.. actually say is play together, mana tahu reach there then split and i hav fun wit my small sis nia.. my big sis hor got bf no sis liao.. hehe.. but its ok la.. cos she oso seldom hav times to spend tis fun wit her bf.. then i and my small sis went to the beaches (Siloso, Palawan and Tanjong beach) and take pic and c the scenery... it was quite nice as a lot of tourists and all of them are sun bathing.. so nice of it.. then v rented a bicycle for each of us to bring us around.. S$5 per hour per bicycle.. not expensive, rite?

after tat, we went to try the luge ride and skyride... tis is my first time to play tis.. wat i tot is quite scary but it is still normal as compared to genting's skytower.. haha.. but sentosa is a suitable place to hang out wit a bunch of friends.. it will be more fun as all of the peoples can play together.. i will bac to sentosa again one day as i haven finish other sightseeing yet such as visiting the underwater world, dolphin lagoon and songs of the seas... :)

Bintan Familiarization Trip (08 - 09th Oct 08)

i jus came bac from Bintan Fam Trip.. tis trip was fun but its kinda tiring cos there ar a lot of walking distance as there are a lot of resorts in bintan and we have to go for the site inspection for all the resorts... tis time i cant get to enjoy those seasports activities bcos we don even hav a lot of free and easy time.. most of our time ar walking... but in between, i tried on the buggy riding.. its quite fun and easy to manage cos it is by electricity and it is auto.. so yr leg jus nd to put on the "GO" pedal and the buggy will walk... hehe..

Japanese Restaurant by the Beach

tis trip is to familiarize the types of room of each resorts and the facilities they hav.. all of the rooms ar attractive to me cos mostly all of the rooms are seaview.. their seaview is really facing the beautiful sea... the view is damn nice.. if i could always stay there, dono got how gd.. hehe.. i wish tat someday i could go there for holiday instead of fam trip again.. cos at least i can enjoy all the activities there..

besides that, in tis fam trip, is included a Mangrove and Fireflies Tour... tis is my first time to c fireflies.. i was quite scared to sit the boat as it is very dark and the boat nd to go till inside of those hutan and through the dark river.. but durin the journey, it is not really very scary cos the moon do giv us a lot of lights although it is jus a half moon... its really very bright... along the journey, i saw a lot of fireflies and it is really nice as all of the fireflies is blinking in colour... hehe.. the person told us tat the fireflies which blinks very fast is a male and the one not tat fast is a female.. and when all of the fireflies is staying down part of the tree, tats mean the male ar looking for partner.. and once both of them ar ok, they will proceed to the top of the tree and xxxxxxx.... haha.. then over few days, the male will die... so sad.. haha.. but there are really a lot of fireflies.. it looks like a christmas tree which full of lights..

Club Med Bintan Familiarization Trip

This was my first time i went to Club Med... FYI, club med is a place where you pay a price and you will have all sorts of fun and meals there... the price is inclusive of everything.. all day round you will have different restaurants open for dining... you can have watever sorts of drinks or cocktails in the bar.. all of the meals are served in buffet style... in club med, there are a lot of activities such as snorkelling, sailing, windsurfing, kayak, flying trapeze, yoga, badminton, squash, tennis, archery, golf, yoga, basketball, beach volleyball, and many many more... all of this activites are FOC and there are also professional who are there to teach you to play if you are just a beginner... all of this activities are damn fun...

on the 24th Sept - 25th Sept, i went for this familiarization trip wit one of my colleagues... there are around 20 peoples of us which is from different travel agents... all of us stayed in deluxe seaview room o.. the view was very nice and the room was big enough... i slp alone in the room with a king size bed.. i jus slept not really half of the bed oso.. hehe... our ferry departs from SIngapore is 0900 hrs... so we have to reach there 1 hour b4... the ferry journey tooks around 55 minutes... Bintan (Indonesia) is 1 hour behind our time.. upon we reach there, we were greeted by the GO's (the peoples who work there and play and hav their meals with you)... they were all very friendly and nice looking too.. the GO's are all came from all around the world.. they have japanese, korean, thailand, taiwan, hong kong, philippines, malaysia, brazil, turkey and many many more...

Flying Trapeze

after greeted by them, v went for our little refreshment which is late breakfast and then proceed for our village inspection... after that, v hav some rest and proceed for our lunch... after lunch, we are ready for our ACTIVITIES!! haha... first, v hav some beach volleyball then go for snorkelling then golf then flying trapeze then and bla bla bla... all of the activites are very very fun... after all of the activities, we went bac to our own rooms and rest and went for dinner around 7pm.. its a poolside party o.. all dressed up in a more formal type and hav their dinner and drinks there.. then, around 9pm... there is a comedy show by the GO's again... then they hav dancing party at the lounge there.. all of the peoples havin their holidays there enjoy a lot.. tis is bcos all of the GO's are very very friendly and you can feel the warmest feeling from them..

Private Beach

time flies... after all those tiring day.. v went bac to our own room and slp... then the next morning, wake up, prepare ownself, then go and hav breakfast again...haha... after breakfast v hav to attend a seminar which gives us more preceptions on club med... after tat it was our free at own leisure... then we hav our lunch again during the lunch time... after tat, v hav our last walk on the beach and wait for our transfer time bac to Singapore... tis was a nice nice trip... :)

Natas Bowling 08

Fuyooh~~~ last month i go for bowling competition o.. i didn't play bowling for a long long time... aactually i played once only.. and during the competition is my 2nd time.. tat was not bad.. we were under our company to participate in this competition... actually i m just a reserved player but who knows at last the team leader have sumting on and i have to ganti him to participate.. there are 24 groups from different company participate in this competition... each group has 4 participants... i m one of my company's participant.. hehe.. the whole competition consists of 3 games each person... i m not the worst among my teams.. haha.. the 3 game tooks around 3 hours to finish... in between the game, v do enjoy a lot cos we are there to hav fun instead of getting the prize... hehe.. but at last, v din won anythin cos there are a lot of 'geng' team around... all are those champions who brings their bowling ball together with them during competition... but i scored no.27 out of 45 o.. tis nt counted as too bad gua.. hehe.. but this was quite a fun competition we had... :)

Happy Weekend with Smiling All Da Time...

last weekend was a happy weekend.. u noe y? haha.. cos my dear come jb find me.. i got around 2 months din c him liao.. so miss him.. last friday after my work as usual when i reach jb, i will call my sis to fetch me.. my whole family pakat together and din tell me he came... tat day we ar goin out for dinner wit my family to celebrate my big sis birthday.. when i reach home, bac to my room.. i saw him inside my room... haha.. damn surprise of me on tat time.. i keep on asking him y ar u here.. silly of me.. but i was really very happy... then the next day we went to Orchard Road to walk walk as he has been a long time din go tot sg dy.. but we din buy any things due to some probs.. haha.. after walk walk, came bac then go hav dinner then continue our program and we went to watch movie.. "Money Not Enough 2"... hehe.. tis movie kinda nice de and very funny and touchin oso.. tat was my Saturday.. then on the Sunday, early in the mornin we wake up and went to have Dim Sum o.. then later on went to Tebrau City to shop shop shop.. hehe.. lastly, i got one present from him.. Thankssss dear... haha.. :0)

hohoho... 1 month is over!!

so fast, one month is over dy lo.. on the 28th july i join my company.. and now its already one month and 2 days lo.. so fast the time flies.. tis month of august, i do think tat the time pass damn fast.. i din do anythin much, but each week by each week it pass jus like dat.. phewww~~~ i do actually learn a lot of things during this month.. as i have begin to do bookings and reservation myself and also deals wit customers on the phone and face to face.. tis is a gd beginning for me... haha.. as for colleagues, i get along wit them very gd and don feel any stress when workin together wit them.. as for my manager and boss, they do treat me very gd o.. i heard from my colleagues that both of my manager and boss are a gd person and they do take care of their staff a lot.. but for real, i do feel that kind of feeling.. hehe.. last wednesday, i get my first salary o.. tis is the first time of under permanent staff and work and get the pay under probation.. the feeling will be different as it is like a kind of hard work you have done and u get the pay.. but i very happy wit tat.. hehe.. gonna work harder in the comin months and get more sales for myself although there is no commission counted yet for me cos i m still under probation... hehe.. gambate neh... :0)

Singapore Fireworks Celebration 2008

i listened to the radio early in the morning and i get to know that on that day itself there is a fireworks celebration.. for friday, it is French style and on saturday, it is korean style.. tis make me think of last year i went to c the fireworks in Putrajaya.. tat was a memories to me.. cos those fireworks was very nice especially the purple one.. i like the purple color fireworks..

actually i didnt intend to go and c the fireworks.. but until when i told one of my colleagues.. then she suggested why don we go hav a look.. haha... so with tat, 4 of us went to watch the fireworks.. actually in the itinerary stated that will start at 8.30pm.. but mana tahu tat they delayed till 9.30pm onli start.. the fireworks was nice and there was a lot of peoples watchin it.. its kinda a good memories oso.. and tis is the first time i ever watch a fireworks which very near and right in front of me.. hehe..
